Ciptex partner with Gala Technology to offer a secure and compliant payment system to complement their contact centre portfolio.
Communication pioneers, Ciptex Ltd (Ciptex.com) have confirmed that they will partner with Gala Technology, the innovative Yorkshire-based company behind the multi-award winning 'Cardholder Not Present
' (CNP) payment system, SOTpay to enhance the capabilities of their exciting contact centre solution, RACE.
Ciptex, who boast extensive experience as a UK based contact centre specialist, recently launched their RACE technology as a fast, efficient and robust way to enable businesses, to continue operations throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, by working from home, whilst maintaining expected service levels to support their customers.
RACE, which leverages the global infrastructure and service capabilities of Twilio, the communication service provider underpinning such applications as WhatsApp, Airbnb and Uber, is immediately scalable and resilient offering 99.99% service availability, supporting homeworking and office based customer support or sales agents.
The introduction of SOTpay will now enable the RACE platform to offer secure and PCI DSS
compliant payments across numerous channels including voice, web chat and social media.
