Account Manager

The Role

You will build and develop strong relationships with partners and clients outside of the organisation, and will be responsible for working with partners and clients to identify new and ongoing requirements, to introduce our products or services. The role is strategic and focused on delivering payment solutions to our (direct and non-direct) customers, therefore the sales process can be complex at times. As we are seen as a trusted advisor by our clients and provide leading innovative and PCI compliant payment solutions, you will require both technical and commercial acumen offering first line support to the relationships you own.

The Candidate 

What will make you the ideal candidate? 
You will have a proven track record of account management ideally within the payments sector and you will be familiar with potentially long cycle consultative sales processes. Ideally you will have some understanding of PCI DSS compliance. You will also need to be highly flexible in your approach and be independent to drive your performance to ensure partner and client satisfaction. With outstanding communication skills, strong analytical skills, a methodological way of working and an abundance of passion and energy you will thrive in the positive environment at Gala Technology and be rewarded with a competitive renumeration package and exciting progression opportunities as we continue to expand our customer base globally. A clean driving license is essential as is the ability to travel across the country and further afield if required.

 

BDM (General)

The Role

You will build on a portfolio of target clients and attract new clients. These new clients might be found from supplied leads, working alongside our resellers and referral partners or already known within your existing network. The role is strategic and focused on delivering payment solutions to our customers, therefore the sales process can be complex at times. As we are seen as a trusted advisor by our clients and provide leading innovative and PCI compliant payment solutions, you will require both technical and commercial acumen.

The Candidate

What will make you the ideal candidate? 
You will have a proven track record of selling payment solutions and you will be familiar with potentially long cycle consultative sales processes. Ideally you will have some understanding of PCI DSS compliance. You will also need to be highly flexible in your approach and be independent to drive your performance to achieve stretching targets. With outstanding communication skills and an abundance of passion and energy you will thrive in the positive environment at Gala Technology and be rewarded with a competitive renumeration package and exciting progression opportunities as we continue to expand our customer base globally. Product Support Specialist

The Role

This role is an exciting and challenging opportunity to interact with our partners and clients on a daily basis and to solve problems for both parties. 
The Product Support Specialist works directly with Gala Technology clients through every step of their relationship with the company once the initial sale has occurred. 
This includes handling provisioning and configuration, supporting product delivery, onboarding and training, ongoing account support, first line technical help, billing support, customer feedback, and ensuring partner and client satisfaction. 
As we are seen as a trusted advisor by our clients and provide leading innovative and PCI compliant payment solutions, you will require both technical and commercial acumen to offer the necessary support to the relationships you own.

Appointment Setter

The Role

Gala Technology have an immediate opportunity for an outbound B2B appointment setter/maker.

Following technical training, the candidate will research potential clients and call them to scope out initial interest, ahead of making an appointment for the business development team to investigate further.

A basic salary and attractive commission bonus is available, with significant career prospects for the right candidate.

You will have the confidence and professionalism to contact business owners and decision makers over the telephone, to educate them on the services that Gala Technology can provide and make a compelling reason for the client to investigate further.

You will possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, coupled with an demonstrable telephone manner that enables you to achieve your goals.

The candidate should be comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite of products.
